Well, well, what can I say……….
I am a 30-something, married mom who loves both her boys with all of her heart! I am a huge extravert who loves to read. It sounds like an oxymoron, because I get my energy from people-but, I also get a lot of energy from reading and talking about my books.
I started my love for reading about two years ago. A friend suggested, after watching the third installment of the “Twilight” movie, that I read the books. She said that the books were better than the movies. My friend was so right-I finished the series in 5 days! I called her several times saying:
“Oh no he didn’t!”
“Hell, I am on team Edward”
“Jacob sounds fine”
“How in the world is he imprinting on a child?”
“This is going to be an epic fight scene”

.After those books, the flood of reading similar books was a mission. Then “Fifty Shades of Grey” by E.L James came out and Good-morning America kept talking about it. I had to read it and I was hooked. I read all three books in two days and was yelling at the books like they would talk back to me. Christian Gray and Anastasia’s story was hot and so good that I re-read some hot scenes. I was shocked that I even enjoyed that racy story line. That lead to my venture into Contemporary Romance was added to my must read list of Paranormal Romance.
I started this book blog after making my husband sick by telling him over and over about a book that I was reading. I wondered if I could seek out support from other readers who were interested in the same genres of books that I loved and if so, could I facilitate great conversations about the books, authors, and upcoming events. I can’t wait to get started and am looking forward to have book talk.

Ok.. So I left a comment on your old blog, didn’t realize you’d switched to this one. But wanted to say ‘Hi’ because my name is Andrea, I’m an introvert, I love to read and want to be an editor when I finish college(I’m 22). I was looking at your Goodreads page(I’m not a stalker, I swear) and saw that we have a lot of the same books. But I wanted to tell you about the Outlander series written by Diana Gabaldon. I don’t know if you’ve heard of it, but it’s amazing! It’s not YA but the romance factor is off the charts and the story pulls you in so fast that you don’t realize you’ve torn through 1000+ pages in one day. Thank you for the comment and the “stalking” :-)! You have a AWESOME name and most bookish people I know are introverted so you are in good company. Thank you for the book recommendation I am super swamped with pending books but will put it on the list.
